Role Description :- This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager in Staffing & Recruitment.
-The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategising and executing business development plans, identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
-They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and providing insights to drive business growth.
-This role is located in Goregaon and is an on-site position.- The incumbent should have good knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry- Good existing contact with HR/Head of Talent acquisition/CHRO or decision makers who are involved with recruitment.- The is an individual contributors role with targets assigned, should have been a target achiever in past organisations.Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role- Good knowledge with BFSI, IT, ITes, Retail, Manufacturing, and other domains is an added advantage.- Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to build and maintain client relationships- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
