- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
-Channel Sales and Enterprise Sales experience with Telecom/IT Hardware background.
-Product experience of IT Hardware - Servers, PC consumable etc.
-Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
-Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with 4-8 years of relevant - experience in Channel Sales/Direct Sales/Corporate Sales.
-Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
-Create, build and enhance business thru partners - SI s and Resellers.
-Should have good negotiation Skills.
-Mapping the organization. Generating the new business.
-Responsible to close the orders.
-Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
-Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
-Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
