Tekpillar is in search of a corporate agency manager with expertise. Assessing performance and formulating strategies. creating long-lasting relationships with clients and staff. ensuring that every employee manages their time well. observing the organization s guidelines, instructions, and policies and ensuring that staff members do the same. Job Description :- Proactively call customers to tell them about products and services that could be of interest to them.
-Update the customer s data in the database as necessary.- Finish any relevant contracts and sales for the selling of goods or services.
-Explain to clients the characteristics of products and services.
-Forward leads to the outbound sales team, if appropriate.
-Advertise and cross-promote other products that you think your clients might find useful.
-Recognize your customers demands and modify your offerings accordingly.
-Update client data, such as addresses and phone numbers, upon request.
-Be patient and speak on the phone in a polite, customer-focused manner.
-Send emails as a follow-up to phone discussions if needed.Candidate Profile :- A bachelor s degree, regardless of subject area.- It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.- Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.- Leadership and team management skills.- Concentrated on the customer.
