This has also given a boost to the leisure business in general across the country.Job Description :The Sales Manager for Machinery Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the machinery sales market. The role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing sales activities, and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress.- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company s customer base.- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in machinery sales or a related industry.- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in selling machinery or industrial equipment.- Knowledge of the machinery industry and market trends.- Relevant certifications or training in sales management.Benefits :- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health insurance and other benefits.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Salary : As per the Market Standards (ref:updazz.com)
