About the department
The Digital, Data and IT India team is a group of 900 highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bengaluru (Bangalore). Our department is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management. We are an integral part of the DD and IT and support, operate, and further develop the portfolio of IT Systems used across departments in Novo Nordisk. With a fast:paced and dynamic atmosphere, we foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and deliver world:class IT solutions.
The Position
As an Operations Specialist I at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Serve as a Change Co:ordinator responsible for the changes requested by the line of business.

Manage Release Management of the system releases planned.
:
Report progress on deliverables to the relevant stakeholders.
:
Independently handle tasks and demonstrate self:learning with good analytical and problem:solving skills.
:
Provide effective analysis and reporting.
:
Exhibit excellent business and system understanding.
:
Demonstrate pro:activeness and ownership.
:
Enhance team spirit and promote a high degree of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

MSC, MBA, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
:
5 to 7 years of working experience in system support and maintenance.
:
Strong background in computer system validation.
:
Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver world:class systems and services.
:
Excellent business and system understanding.
:
Demonstrate pro:activeness and ownership.
:
Experience with ITIL related support, including Change/Release and Problem management.
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and decision:making skills.
:
Organised and flexible to work under strict process guidelines and deadlines. Ability to co:ordinate and hold efficient communications with various stakeholders.
:
Knowledge and experience working in GxP regulated environments in compliance with CSV processes.
:
Experience in driving/participating in activities related to the implementation of system enhancements. Open for business travel.
