Overview:As a Management Trainee, you will undergo an intensive development program designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to become a successful leader in the organization. You will be exposed to various areas within marketing including developing compelling marketing and communication solutions for Zetwerk. Over the course of the program, you will be trained in both strategic and operational aspects, participate in cross-sectoral projects, and gain valuable insights into Zetwerk s Operating System.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and possesses a strong desire to grow within a dynamic organization.Key responsibilities :Cross-BU work :Exposure to Multiple Businesses : Rotate across our key businesses including Consumer Electronics, renewables, aerospace and defense, precision manufacturing and our trading ecosystem.
-Participate in hands-on projects within each businesses to gain a broad understanding of company operations and shadow BU managers to observe management best practices.Data Collection & Analysis : Collect, interpret, and present data from each department to identify areas for marketing insights and campaigns. Prepare reports on key performance indicators and process improvements.Contribute to Cross-Sectoral Projects : Work collaboratively with various teams to execute initiatives aimed at process optimization or product development.Strategic Planning and Decision-MakingAssist in Strategy Development : Support the team in formulating short- and long-term marketing strategies by researching market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to provide insights.Participate : In brainstorming and ideation sessions and helping solve tactical challenges that arise. Assist in identifying and mitigating risks in the planning process.Project Management : Lead smaller projects with guidance from managers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Performance Monitoring & Reporting :KPI Tracking : Track key marketing performance indicators and financial metrics across various businesses. Prepare regular reports summarizing performance metrics for management review.Performance Improvement Initiatives : Collaborate with business teams to implement improvements, develop plans for continuous process improvement and efficiency enhancement.Stakeholder ManagementMulti-stakeholder Interaction : Work directly with business teams to understand their needs and provide effective marketing solutions by developing strong relationships with them and communicating clearly and effectively.Presentations & Meetings : Prepare and deliver presentations to business teams on status update, marketing ideas & strategies, and results. Lead meetings when necessary, ensuring alignment across all parties involved.Desired Skills :Strong Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze data, interpret business trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with teams, clients, and senior management.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and quickly learn new processes.Leadership Potential : Demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams, along with strong decision-making skills.Problem Solving : Proactive in identifying challenges and creating solutions that benefit the business.Time Management : Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong focus on deadlines.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships across departments.To qualify for the role, you must haveEducation : Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred but not required).Experience : Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in a corporate environment (internships included).Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
