The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving branch sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing business, and maintaining strong client relationships.Roles And Responsibilities - Achieve branch sales targets by developing and implementing effective strategies.
-Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet their individual targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
-Ensure excellent customer service is provided by the sales team.
-Identify new business opportunities and increase product and service offerings in the local market.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
-Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
-Provide regular reports to senior management on branch sales performance.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that support branch sales goals.Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree (Master s or MBA preferred).
-5 years in banking sales or financial services.
-Proven leadership and sales experience.
