The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for generating new business for the bank by approaching potential clients directly in the field. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through cold calling, direct visits, and networking in targeted areas.
-Promote and sell a variety of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
-Drive customer acquisition by conducting field visits to individuals, businesses, and residential areas.
-Develop and maintain a customer pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
-Educate potential customers on the benefits of the bank s products and services.
-Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
-Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
-Report daily sales activities and results to the sales manager. Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
-Previous experience in field sales, customer service, or banking sales.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a competitive environment.
-Ability to work in different locations and adapt to various customer needs.
-Willingness to travel extensively and manage time efficiently.
-Basic knowledge of banking products is a plus.
