FIELD SALES MANAGERAs a Field Sales Manager, you are responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers. A field sales manager in an agency channel manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field or remotely.Roles & Responsibility:- Sales Strategy Implementation to attract the customer.
-Recruit and train the team to build a high-performing sales team.- Identifying the needs and requirements of the customers.
