Key Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to sell immigration services.
-Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients interested in immigration services.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
-Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to close sales.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
