The Sales Executive (Investment Telesales Field Sales) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans and engaging with potential investors for financial products. This position is crucial in expanding the customer base and contributing to the overall business success through effective sales techniques and relationship management.Key Responsibilities :- Conducting outbound sales calls to promote investment opportunities.- Meeting potential investors in person to discuss financial products and investment options.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through field sales activities.- Providing accurate information about various investment products and market trends.- Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.- Keeping abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards.- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports to management.- Participating in sales meetings, trainings, and product knowledge sessions.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.- Proven experience in investment telesales and field sales roles.- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.Language Proficiency- English and kanada. English must be excellent and Fluent kanada.Work Experience- Minimum 8 months to 1 year of Field/Direct Sales experience. Need Immediate joiners with all the documents from the last organisation.- Vehicle- 2 wheeler with DL is mandatory.- Unlimited Incentive apart from Inhand Salary (ref:updazz.com)
