Banking Client Acquisition Specialist Overview: The Banking Client Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in driving new business by actively identifying and engaging potential clients. This field-based role demands a proactive approach to networking and establishing robust relationships with individuals and businesses to effectively promote the bank s range of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities (retail and SME). -Conduct sales visits to prospective customers, showcasing various banking solutions, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and more.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client acquisition strategies.
-Collaborate with internal teams to process customer applications, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
-Regularly follow up with potential clients to facilitate sales closures.
-Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the sales process.
