Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Lead Management :- Oversee and manage the lead generation process.- Track and analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing.- Ensure the CRM system is up to date with accurate and relevant information.Collateral Management :- Develop, update, and manage all marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc.).- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.- Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality collateral.- Regularly review and refresh content to keep it relevant and impactful.Conference Coordination :- Plan, organize, and manage company participation in conferences and events.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.- Manage logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, and accommodation.- Oversee the production of event materials and ensure timely delivery.- Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve future performance.Team Leadership :- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior managers and support staff.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.Operational Excellence :- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on lead management, collateral development, and conference coordination.- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
