Responsibilities :- Develop, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.- Create and optimize ad copy, graphics, and videos to ensure maximum engagement and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
-Conduct audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics effectively.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and Meta Ads. Manage the social media advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
-Test and implement new ad formats, targeting options, and creative approaches to improve campaign performance.
-Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for Meta Ads campaigns. Qualifications :- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media advertising strategies.
-Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other related tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in designing ad creatives.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Requirement :Offline interviews are preferred over online interviews.
