Business Processes Consultant:SAP S/4HANA Agricultural Commodities management : Logistics
SUMMARY
We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Agricultureal Commodities management expert with experience in implementing Agricultural Commodities Management solution module for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center.
THE ROLE
As a Business Process Consultant, He/She will be part of our teams that are involved in helping our Consumer Product Group (CPG) Industry Customers across the world in their Digital Transformation journey to SAP S/4HANA using our Remote based services.
In this role, you will be focused on SAP 's ACM (Agricultural Contract Management) offering, facilitating the implementation and support to enhance the Customer business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
You will implement, customize, and test solutions on Agribusiness systems to meet business requirements as needed
This is a key role, requiring deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical and functional capabilities offered in Agribusiness area as well as Agri Business processes and Agribusiness Industry Best practices
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Educational requirements:
Minimum educational requirement : Graduation from a reputed institute, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
Potential candidate should have one of the following experiences
o Experience as a Business end user role in a reputed customer belonging to Agribusiness Industry with Good understanding on the end:to:end Agribusiness processes and IT systems capabilities supporting those processes
o Candidates with an Implementation experience of SAP solutions supporting the Agribusiness and expertise in one of the SAP Agribusiness solution components such as Agricultural contractual management or Agribusiness Trading
o Candidates with valuable experience in Agribusiness domain gained by leading logistics related functions in any reputed Customer company dealing in Agri commodities business
SAP Certification in one of the SAP Logistics modules like SD, MM or PP is added advantage
Domain expertise:
Should have a good understanding of the Agribusiness domain. Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes. Should be able to relate to SAP 's solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
Solution expertise:
Min 5 yrs experience
Should have at least 2 end:to:end implementations with experience in leading the one of the SAP Logistics modules from solution point of view and with certifications.
Soft skills:
Clear and articulate communication
Strong presentation skills
Good with documentation and general Office tools
Participate in:house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
