Job description :Responsibilities :- Set and implement social media-optimized campaign- Setting up of various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency.- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant social media content, including text, image, and video content, tailored to each platform s audience and requirements.- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.- Generate ROI - Assaying the company s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, relating strategic sins, and making recommendations for advancements.- Researching social media trends and informing operation of changes that apply to the company s marketing conditioning- Setting Key performance pointers ( KPIs) for social media campaigns, similar as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign performance against the KPIs.- Using social media marketing tools to produce and maintain the company s brand.- Interacting with guests and other stakeholders via the company s social media accounts.- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaign - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Proficiency in using social media scheduling, analytics, and monitoring tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content.
-Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) are desirable.
