Job Title: HR Intern
Location:2nd Floor, Oval Building, Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager/HR Coordinator
Position Type: Internship
Duration: [Specify the duration, e.g., 3 months, 6 months]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The HR Intern will assist with recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, training and development, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews and compile candidate assessments.
Help organize and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.
Maintain and update employee records and databases in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in training sessions and assist in training logistics (scheduling, materials preparation, etc.).
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
Research industry best practices and current HR trends to assist in special projects.
Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional;
1. Should Have Laptop
2. Should have minimum 6 CGPA or 50% above score
3. Maximum 2 Backlog Allowed
