In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across the organization. You ll be responsible for creating impactful content and supporting corporate communication initiatives that align with our brand andvalues.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management :- Design and deliver engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, the company intranet, email announcements, executive communications, employee updates, presentations, video scripts, and town hall meetings.- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications to reinforce company culture, values, and strategic goals.- Write and edit content that is tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from leadership to frontline employees, ensuring clarity and accessibility.Internal Communication Strategy Development :- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and department heads to establish an effective internal communication strategy that supports business objectives and improves employee understanding of organizational priorities.- Analyze internal communication needs and develop a content calendar that reflects key company initiatives, culture-building activities, and project milestones.- Identify best practices and innovative communication approaches to improve information flow and engagement.Event Planning and Execution : - Oversee communication aspects of internal events, including planning, promotion, and post-event feedback collection. Key events include town halls, leadership briefings, employee recognition events, and milestone celebrations.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with overall messaging and values.- Develop event scripts, presentations, and visual aids to support impactful event experiences.Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.- 8- 10 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role within a medium to large organization.- Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing corporate communication initiatives.- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.- Familiarity with intranet tools, email platforms, and basic design/editing software is a plus.
