JOB ROLE:I. Manage Sales- To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers/distributors from different countries.- To make sure that the existing customers/distributors are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.- To constantly review distributor s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.- To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.- Develop and or maintain Merchant Exporters for new and existing products or orders.- Should be able to work in a target oriented work environment and should be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines.II. Operations & Planning- Correspond with Distributors/customers on a timely basis on Orders and Payments. Check order sheets and pre-shipment documents.- Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through email or phone.- Coordinate with supply chain operations - production, stock positions, logistics and documentation with Customs House Agents (CHA).COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:- Sales Minded- Customer Focus- Problem Solving- Interpersonal skills- Technical Skills- Excellent communication Graduate or Diploma with relevant experience - preferably in Exports Management or International Business or Foreign Trade or Bachelor of International Business and Finance (BIBF) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBF).Experience: >5 years relevant experience in export salesSkills:- Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors demonstrated by exceptional leadership quality.- Excellent time management and organization skills- Should be proficient in computers to maintain, update and analyse various kinds of reports- Working knowledge of relevant Foreign language will be an added advantage.- Be self-driven and bring up or take new initiatives.
