Overview : We are seeking a business development manager to recruit, train, and guide a team of business associates and advisors. This role involves setting targets, organizing regular meetings, and collaborating with field consultants to drive insurance sales and foster team growth. Positions and Accountabilities : - To grow the team, enlist business associates and advisors.
