-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities-Fantastic work culture-Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance-Opportunity to learn new things and develop yourselfOur client is a mobile application which allow users to get personalized greetings with their company logo, details and product/service information.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggesting solutions based on customer s needs and requirements.- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Telesales role IT Services industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience (ref:updazz.com)
