Top solar companies in the US already use Wattmonk as their virtual partners for solar design.- Wattmonk s service is available in all 50 states of the US.Responsibilities:- Maintain high levels of clear and concise communication with clients and operation team - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth - Identifying customer/client needs and crafts solutions- Setting customer service goals for business and helping them reach those goals - Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner - Maintaining relationships with profitable customers- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products- Develop, prepare and nurture customers for account growth- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities- Use WattMonk internal platform for order flow management- Access customer CRM for upselling of WattMonk services- Manage multi stakeholder environment (Internal and External) - liaison - Open for night shifts (basis global customers time zone).Skills:- Showcase exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with global customers- Should be a graduate- Advanced customer service skills- Has an exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships- Ability to shift focus when needed (ref:updazz.com)
