The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, business development, and selling Microsoft products, including Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, and licenses.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads for Microsoft product sales.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.- Leverage tools and strategies such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM systems to reach potential clients.Business Development:- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.- Engage with key decision-makers in target companies to present solutions tailored to their business needs.- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.Sales & Product Expertise:- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft products such as Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, and licensing models.- Provide consultative selling, addressing client pain points with Microsoft solutions.- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.Market Research & Insights:- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft product offerings and industry developments.Collaboration & Reporting:- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and business growth metrics.Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: 5 to 7 years in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.- Microsoft Product Expertise: Hands-on experience in selling Microsoft products (Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, licenses).- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and lead generation platforms.- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
