About the Client:A global IT services MNCRole Summary:As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner. Location: MumbaiKey Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.- Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating future requirements.- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.- Negotiate complex deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.- Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Required Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.- Experience: 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts.- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.- Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.- Mumbai regional sales is mandatory.- GCC and BFSI sales experience is preferred (ref:updazz.com)
