Roles and Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer & Video Editor:- Design user interfaces for a variety of platforms, including websites, apps, and software- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet user needs and technical requirements.- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.- Edit and produce video content for different purposes.- Managing timelines and prioritizing of workload and knowing when to ask for direction- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or mobile apps function and look like.- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.- Manage and mentor junior designers.- A strong team player with a go-getter attitude.Skills:- Bachelor s degree in design, or a related field- Must have worked with B2B IT company- 6 years of experience in UI/UX design and video editing- Experience with video editing softwares- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Figma, iOS, Android and Design Systems and video editing tools.- A team player but can work independently too.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
