Job Title: Manager - B2B MarketingLocation: Gurugram, Full time in officeDepartment: B2B MarketingJob Overview:We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager for our B2B Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and executing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role will play a key part in scaling our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management : Plan and develop multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, physical campaigns and digital marketing.- Collaborate with other teams, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts. Also, manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
-Lead Generation : Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that attract and convert leads, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales goals.- Content Development : Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, social posts, emailers and other sales collaterals.
-Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points that inform marketing strategies.- Data Analysis : Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.- CRM Management : Oversee the management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to segment audiences, track leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.- Partnerships and Events : Assist in organizing industry events, and building partnerships that enhance brand positioning and reach.- Budget Management : Work within the allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and optimize spend.- Innovation : Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve marketing effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance.- Creative problem-solver and ability to think strategically about marketing initiatives.About People Matters:People Matters is APAC s largest People & Work media and community platform.
