Position Overview We are seeking a& Front Desk Executive& with a strong hospitality background to oversee and manage daily operations at the property. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service, team coordination, and strategic growth planning. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer sales and increase monthly revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow corporate bookings by adding new firms to the customer base.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and staff to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage front desk operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience:& Proven hospitality experience, preferably in front desk or customer-facing roles.
• Skills:& Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Personality:& Warm, approachable, and detail-oriented.
• Age:& 25-40 years.
