Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive / Business Development LeadExperience: 7 - 10 yearsLocation: Kondapur, HyderabadWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekJob Summary:Lakshmi Infratech India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead/Senior Sales Executive with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company s sales and expanding its business portfolio within the real estate sector. This role requires someone with strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Lead business development and sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.- Identify and target potential clients, including investors, property buyers, and business partners, to generate new business opportunities.- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to optimize the promotion and positioning of properties.- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and government regulations related to real estate.- Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.Skills:- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and customer behaviour.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills:- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales.- A strong network of contacts within the real estate industryAdditional Requirements:- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.- Willingness to travel within and outside Hyderabad for business meetings as requiredWhat We Offer: - A dynamic work environment in a growing company- Exposure to landmark real estate projects in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
