Fleetx is hiring for City Manager Profile:Role & responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of 15-20 members (ASMs, BDMs) to achieve state-wide sales targets.
-Sales Growth: Develop new accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure consistent target achievement.
-Client Engagement: Provide professional service and advice to enhance client satisfaction.
-Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
-Strategy Contribution: Contribute to sales strategies and marketing plans for the assigned region.
-Revenue Collection: Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections.Preferred candidate profile: - 8 years of sales experience in Logistics software, Insurance, or Commercial Vehicle industries. SaaS product experience is an advantage.
-Proven expertise in business development and sales strategy execution.
-Strong team leadership and communication skills.
