We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our team and drive business growth in the B2B EMS sector.Position OverviewAs a Senior Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence, establish strong client relationships, and secure business opportunities.
-This role demands an individual with a strong technical background in electronics and proven experience in B2B sales and marketing within the EMS industry.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development:- Identify and explore new markets and business opportunities in the EMS domain.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Client Engagement:- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements.- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our capabilities and solutions.Sales Execution:- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close orders for EMS services, including assembly, integration, and testing of electronic-based products.- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.Collaboration and Reporting:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to management.Required Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Experience:- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing in the EMS industry.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Technical Knowledge:- Strong understanding of electronic product assembly, integration, and testing processes.Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
