The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from Vensai s product/service offerings.
-Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
-Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue goals.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
-Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
-Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and competitor analysis. Key Skills & Qualifications :- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or IT industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet/exceed sales targets.
-Experience with CRM software for tracking and reporting sales activities.
