The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of thermo adhesive products and applications. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our Thermo Adhesives Business.Website - https://kyotexthermo.com/Business Development and Sales : - Lead Generations & Qualifications- Upselling to Current Customers- Sales Pipeline ManagementCustomer Relationship Management : - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
-Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
-Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
-Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets Procurement : - Manage import purchase requirements, - Oversee domestic purchase processes to ensure timely availability of materials.Sales Operations Management : - Order Management, processing of Orders to Sales Order, Invoice creations. Logistics Management : - Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
