Job Description :Sales Strategy : Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the apparel brand. Create actionable plans based on market analysis and sales data.Market Expansion : Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets within the region. Expand the brand s presence through new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team. Set performance goals, provide training and development, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors. Address client needs and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the brand s products, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer and market insights.Promotion and Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional promotional campaigns and events. Ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and marketing strategies.Operational Efficiency : Oversee the day-to-day sales operations within the region, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and procedures.Market Intelligence : Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to drive strategic decisions and adjustments.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
