About Medhavi Skills University :Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences, identify upselling opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends. Key responsibilities include managing contract negotiations, providing exceptional customer service, and offering valuable client feedback to product development teams.
