What role you will play in our team
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer to oversee the technical development of software projects and guide a team of developers toward delivering innovative, scalable, and robust solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands:on senior team member who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
Candidate will be part of Wells Digital team to develop new and support existing applications for the Wells business in ExxonMobil.
Job location is based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka
What you will do
:
Closely work with a team of developers, leading every initiative.
:
Close collaboration with product owner, product manager, scrum master and architects. Work closely with lead developers to the design, architecture, and implementation of high:quality solutions.
:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements.
:
Plan, estimate, and manage development schedules to meet project deadlines.
:
Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
:
Expected to balance hands:on development with strategic planning.
:
Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration
About You
Skills and Qualifications
:
Minimum 6 years of experience working as full stack web software developer
:
Bachelor 's or master 's degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines
:
Minimum of 2 years ' experience in front:end development using Angular/React framework
:
Minimum of 2 years ' experience with JavaScript or Typescript Language
:
Minimum of 2 years ' experience in back:end development using ASP.NET Core (Web Apps, APIs)
:
Minimum of 2 years ' experience with .NET
:
Minimum of 2 years ' experience in cloud development using Microsoft Azure
:
Experience developing web and desktop applicatio
