Industry: & Market Research Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic& Tele caller & with expertise in speaking and Reading& Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada & to join our team in Noida. As a Tele caller, you will play a vital role in conducting market research surveys, gathering insights, and ensuring the highest quality of data collection through telephonic interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with respondents in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada as required.
• Explain survey objectives clearly and engage participants to ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the prescribed format.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to identify potential improvements in research methods and survey processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: & Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken and Read). Proficiency in more than one language is a plus.
• Communication Skills: & Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in& tele calling, market research , or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: & Minimum 12th pass or a bachelor s degree in any field.
• Experience: & 0 2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or market research.
• Location: & Must be willing to work in Noida.
