We are launching the Success Fusion Program , a comprehensive upskilling initiative, and are seeking Academic Counselor & to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. Job Responsibilities As an Academic Counselor, you will:

• Provide personalized academic guidance to students and parents.
• Assist students in selecting the right courses based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Educate students about the benefits and features of the Success Fusion Program.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
• Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and counseling sessions.
• Address concerns related to the program, such as payments, placements, and course schedules.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor 's or Master s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A passion for education and student success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
