Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design creative solutions for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social media, and branding projects.- Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.- Develop brand identities, logos, packaging, and campaign visuals that align with client objectives.- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to infuse fresh ideas into projects.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.- Ensure consistency in design across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines.What We re Looking For:- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
