I am hiring for the role of a Team Lead Account Management Operations for one of the leading battery distributors in India.Job Description: Team Lead - Account Management/OperationsJob Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Account Management and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.- This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: - Recruit, hire, and onboard talented account managers.- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills.- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.Client Relationship Management:- Oversee the management of key client accounts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.- Resolve client issues and escalations effectively.Operational Excellence:- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.- Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.Reporting and Analysis:- Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:Experience: 4-8 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.Skills:- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Fluency in Kannada and English.- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is an added advantage.Industry Experience:- Prior experience in the UPS, battery, EV, or electronic equipment industry is preferred.If you are a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong desire to lead and inspire a team, we encourage you to apply.
