- Core Role is to promote Digital Microscope in Biopharma/R & Institution/universities.
-Effectively influence customers on available product line to the target customer .- Manage and prioritize technical engagements in the field to drive sales volume.- Support team members in customer engagement activities as appropriate.- Drive innovative sales technique to achieve sales targets including handling of presentation independently to customers .- Compile and analyze Voice of Customer to identify unmet customer needs and pain points.- Understand and communicate competitive landscape and potential for future products and services to higher management .- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends by attending scientific conferences, trade shows and reviewing literature, and communicate findings accordingly, ability to handle demo s /seminars independently.- Knowledge of CRM like SFDC will be an added advantage.- Willingness to travel across India as per requirement.- Tender Participation & follow up / Payment follow up.- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with targeted key accounts.
