Job Description : A Banking Sales Professional in the BFSI sector is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of banking, financial, and insurance products to customers, helping them meet their financial needs. Responsibilities : - Sell financial products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mutual funds, and insurance policies.
-Identify potential customers and approach them to explain the benefits of various BFSI products.
-Provide financial advice based on customer needs and suggest appropriate banking and insurance solutions.
-Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
-Keep customer records and handle their inquiries or complaints.
-Stay updated on BFSI products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
-Experience in BFSI sales or similar sectors is preferred.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers.
-Basic knowledge of banking, insurance, and financial products.
-Target-driven and able to meet sales goals under pressure.
