Headquartered in Singapore, SpeakIn delivers learning in over 500 topics. 350 clients in 8 countries have learnt on the SpeakIn platform through 1-on-1 mentoring, group learning sessions and self-paced videos, blogs and podcasts - all delivered by SpeakIn experts.SpeakIn is hiring for: Analyst Expert RelationsJob DescriptionDay-to-day responsibilities will include:- Sourcing, contacting and pitching to relevant experts for SpeakIn s client projects- Interacting with the sales and client management team to understand client requirements and conduct time-sensitive research requests- Use multiple search tools to find and recruit fitting experts in line with the SpeakIn quality standardsRequirements:- ~2 years of experience in Business Research/ Secondary research/ Lead generation/ Recruitment/ Outreach- Hands-on experience working on research engagements preferably in a client-facing environment- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities- Self-motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets- Bachelor s degree preferably from top-tier college- Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about new topics- Ability to work effectively, independently and/or collaboratively in a team- Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment- Ability to build and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionalsNot every job has the potential to give you real-time interactions with the best of thought leaders globally.
