Job purpose:& &
The role of a Junior process executive is to do Verification of the order request and create the Purchase order / Sales Order in SAP.& Verify the vendor invoice with our SAP PO / SAP SO and ensure all the purchase terms are met by the vendors.&

Requirements:& &
Excellent in Written & Oral communication& &
Minimum 0 2 Years of Experience into Purchase or Procurement.& &
Knowledge of SAP MM / SAP SD
Any Graduation.& &
&
Roles & Responsibility:& &
Validating the LPO and creation of SO / PO.
Verify the order request and do PO or SO Creation / Modification / Cancellation in SAP .
Linking SR , PR and PO / SO
Handle Order Exceptions& &
Follow-up for order acknowledgement and handle query management& &
Shipment Tracking and Create ASN (Advance Shipment Notification)& in SAP& &
Co-ordination for delivery with Vendor and Freight Forwarder and Payment processing of Freight and Customs.& &
Manage all types of Physical Claims (Damage / DOA / Missing / Wrong / Excess / Vendor Returns / RMA / Stock Rotation)& &
Initiate return PO s / SO 's in SAP and process return shipments through Outbound Logistics to Vendor.
