Area Sales Executive - Hyderabad RegionCompany OverviewOpus Industries, a leader in the manufacturing of eco-friendly and high-quality AAC blocks under the brand AEROBILD, is based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We aim to revolutionize construction by providing sustainable and cost-effective building solutions.Job Purpose- To drive sales and expand market presence in the Hyderabad area by promoting AEROBILD AAC blocks to builders, contractors, dealers, and architects.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth:- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for AAC blocks.- Drive the adoption of AAC blocks among potential clients, including those transitioning from red bricks.Market Development:- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets in Hyderabad.- Establish and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and architects.Client Relationship Management:- Regularly visit existing clients to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.Promotional Activities:- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to create brand awareness.- Educate clients about the technical and cost advantages of AEROBILD AAC blocks.Market Intelligence:- Gather data on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to devise effective sales strategies.- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payment follow-ups.- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction materials or building products industry, preferably AAC blocks.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AAC block manufacturing and benefits is a plus.Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.Location: Based in Hyderabad with the flexibility to travel locally.
