The RSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of experience in sales management, with a proven ability to implement effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage sales teams within the Chennai region to achieve sales targets and business goals.
-Develop and implement regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
-Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and maximize revenue.
-Monitor sales performance, provide guidance to team members, and ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to enhance customer experience and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
-Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and regional market conditions to senior management.
-Ensure effective territory management and optimize resource allocation.
-Provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
-Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail industry is highly preferred.
-Education: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of a 30-day notice period are strongly preferred. (ref:updazz.com)
