Exp : 3 Years- Excellent CommunicationLocation : BangaloreShifts available- Morning shift/General Shift/Mid Shift/Evening Shift/Night Shift Industry : Concierge Roles And Responsibilities :- Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.- Handle booking and reservation requests for flights, hotels, and other travel related services.- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and promote our services.- Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations to better assist customers in their travel planning.- Meet individual and team targets for SLA and customer satisfaction (NPS).- Handle customers personal data and payment information with confidentiality and accuracy.- Assist in handling emergencies and provide necessary support to customers during travel disruptions.- Handle Concierge services by providing seamless experience to the high-networth customers. What should you have?- A bachelor s degree in administration or a related field.- 3 to 6 years of experience in customer support or travel consulting.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (ref:updazz.com)
