Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team s performance, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives. Provide regular feedback and implement performance improvement measures where necessary.- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and other analytical insights for senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve sales processes.- Market Intelligence : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
