नौकरी का विवरण
Role Summary The& Sales & Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting the company 's& Audio-Visual (AV) & solutions across target sectors, including corporate, education, hospitality, and government organizations. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and assisting in executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and marketing creativity to maximize revenue opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored AV solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

2. Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns for AV products and solutions.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance the company 's market presence.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and case studies.

3. Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create accurate proposals and deliver optimal solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate with OEM partners to stay updated on product offerings and leverage joint sales opportunities.

5. GeM Portal Bids/RFP/Tender Management
  • Lead responses to RFPs, tenders, and GeM bids, ensuring compliance with government requirements in the bids.
  • Closely align internal teams for accurate and timely submission, including solution, pricing, and delivery aspects.
  • Monitor competition and propose competitive strategies to win bids.
6. Market Research & Reporting
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and competitors within the AV industry.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills Education:
  • Bachelors degree in technical field or MBA is desirable.

Experience:
  • 1 years of sales experience in the AV, IT, or related technology sectors is desired.
  • Familiarity with AV products such as video conferencing systems, MCU, display solutions, and AV Switching and Control Equipments such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, Lightware, ATEN etc., Sennheiser or Shure Ceiling Tiles Mic solution, BYOD/BYOM Devices, Audio DSP, AV-over-IP Solutions is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of AV solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings, events, and client engagements.
