Salary: Dependent on Company Standards Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in front-end development, specifically with Angular, and be capable of leading a team of developers. As an Angular Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web applications while guiding and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Angular developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Design and implement complex user interfaces using Angular and related web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (back-end developers, designers, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs across the application.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Angular and front-end technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests for Angular components and services.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in front-end development with 5 years of experience in Angular.
• Strong expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 2 ), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and responsive web design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and automation (Webpack, Gulp, etc.).
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or Akita.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) or serverless architecture.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Education:

• Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
