(Rotational weekly off)Key Responsibilities:- Actively Approach Targeted B2B Clients: Identify and engage potential business clients through various channels, including telephone, email, social networks, and industry events.
-Appoint distributors and dealers and to manage the channel end to end- Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
-Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
-Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder & Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnerships.
-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
-Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
-Performance monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Qualifications: - Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
-4-5 years of proven experience in B2B/Channel sales and working with distributors is mandatory.- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales from a lean team, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
